After months spent apart in lockdown or on individual regimes at Hotspur Way, the boys are back training together again and seem in good spirits based on this video uploaded to the club’s official Twitter page.
There wasn’t much reaction to Dele Alli nutmegging Hugo Lloris in the rondo, apart from Dele’s own cheeky smile to camera. After all, the 24-year-old has been reminding players everywhere to close their legs since his Tottenham debut, and Lloris is a mere goalkeeper out of his comfort zone.
But the boys enjoyed Hugo giving Dele a taste of his own medicine…
It doesn’t seem like much but it’s important to get this sort of comradery back after some time apart. It will all help come go time on June 17th.
