KWP talkSPORT Interview Might Not Impress Mourinho | video

On-loan defender Kyle Walker-Peters has told talkSPORT that he needs to add goals to his game to improve as a modern-day full-back.

The 23-year-old feels that attacking output is imperative to the position these days and wants to follow in the footsteps of idol Dani Alves.

That’s all well and good but before he adds goals to his game he needs to become a stronger defender if he wants to make it at Spurs.

KWP has been exposed as too lightweight and weak in one-on-one situations when he has had his rare first-team opportunities.

It’s not his attacking game I’d have concerns about, and I’d imagine Jose Mourinho thinks the same way about the Southampton loanee.
