European giants eye move for Tottenham star who ‘does not like Conte’ and ‘wants to move’

According to CMW, AC Milan want to sign Tottenham Hotspur defender Davinson Sanchez, who is said to ‘dislike Antonio Conte’.

Sanchez was an unused substitute in Tottenham’s 4-1 victory over Southampton on Saturday and despite Joe Rodon’s departure, he is expected to remain a backup to now Conte’s established back three.

Sanchez is considering leaving Spurs this summer in look for more regular playing time especially with the World Cup ahead this year. One of the clubs interested in the centre-back is AC Milan, however, the report suggests that they may wait until the end of the window to sign him. The report also claims that Sanchez ‘wants to leave’ and ‘does not like Antonio Conte very much’.

Davinson Sanchez has failed to impress Antonio Conte and it has been reported that he is not someone Conte trusts at the back and that the club are open to selling him. Although, if Spurs sell Tanganga who is reportedly very close to agreeing on a deal with Roma, it’s interesting to see what Spurs will do with Sanchez then. Will they keep him as a backup option in case of an injury crisis, or off-load him without a replacement and risk depth at the back?
