Corriere dello Sport considers Spurs one of the teams looking to land the Polish striker, but the Lilywhites might struggle to get the deal over the line with only cash and they have suggested that they might look to use a player in a swap deal.
The player tipped to be used by Spurs, according to SportWitness, is Lucas Moura and this might cause problems between Mourinho and Levy.
Moura remains an important player at Spurs and it is unclear if Mourinho would accept him being used in a swap deal.
It should also be noted that Mourinho wanted Thomas Meunier at the Tottenham stadium, he was even reported to have spoken with the player (The Sun), however, Levy was unconvinced (SportWitness) and the Belgian is Borussia Dortmund bound.
If Mourinho does not want to lose Moura but Levy insists on using him in a deal to land Milik then things could unravel fast.
This is one worth keeping an eye on.
