Spurs have been linked with the Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic for a good few years. The Guardian amongst many suggested the move some 3 years ago. That’s right, this is a player that was linked with a move to Haringey when Mauricio Pochettino was at the coaching helm.
In 2020, CalcioMercato reckons believed the player might end up in N17. Whilst Ivan is still a decent enough footballer, surely if this was a deal Spurs wanted to get done, it would have happened before this window?
