Tottenham forward target price just jumped from £10m to £15m

Tottenham will have to pay £15m for Callum Wilson if they are serious about landing the Bournemouth striker and not the £10m previously touted.

Wilson has emerged as a transfer target for Spurs this summer after the relegation of Bournemouth from the Premier League.

The striker is one player that the Cherries know they will not be able to keep because of his high wages.

Sun Sports claimed earlier that a bid in the region of £10m will be enough to take him away from the Vitality Stadium, but the latest report from Four Four Two is claiming that he could be joining them for £15m which is a £5m increase from the original price.

Wilson, just like most of his teammates didn’t have the best season, but the England striker remains one of the better-regarded ones in the division and he will be able to do a job for Tottenham.

Harry Kane is the main source of goals for Spurs, but when the Englishman has been unavailable, they have struggled.

They have made signing a capable backup striker to him their top priority this summer and Wilson will be a welcome addition to the squad.

He joined Bournemouth from Coventry in 2014 and he will leave the Cherries having scored 67 goals from 184 games.
