Not for the faint-hearted this one, lots of business speak and tonnes of word interfacing (I may have made that up). There’s a massive emphasis on “experience”, so this is a sales pitch for a multifunction site, opposed to a homage to a football pitch. Indeed, it’s quite chilling how there’s nothing obviously permanent in the complex that links “Spurs” with it – bar the cockerel on the roof – which of course, you have to look for.
