Forgotten Spurs man wanted by Serie A giants

Davinson Sanchez is attracting the attention of AC Milan ahead of the January transfer window, according to The Sun.

The Colombian has fallen out of favour at the Tottenham stadium in the last few weeks despite starting the season as a first-choice centre back.

Jose Mourinho trusted him from the start, but since the 3-3 draw against West Ham, he has hardly featured for the club.

The report claims his axe from the Tottenham first team has alerted Milan who is looking for a new centre back to strengthen their team.

The Italians are looking to win their league title, and they need all the right players that they can get to sustain their current title push.

Sanchez may be allowed to leave the club in the January transfer window if Tottenham receives the right offer that would allow them to sign their own transfer targets, according to the report.

Milan Skriniar is the north London side’s top target and if the sale of Sanchez helps fund the move for the Slovakian, the Special One will approve of it says the report.

With Joe Rodon now ahead of him in the pecking order, Sanchez might be open to the move too.
