Drop Tripper – Bring Back Aurier

For the benefit of anyone stupid still reading this blog, I have previously championed both players – it has now come for Poch to be …uh-oh!

No two ways about it, Kieran Tripper was a busy boy against West Ham.

Sadly, our Busy Boys Hall Of Fame against the ‘Ammers also included Moussa Sissoko, Ben Davies and Eric Dier – who also achieved naff all.

Kieran made a lot of passes, but his accuracy was subpar 76.67%.

An unkind person might suggest that making most of those passes to Sissoko didn’t aid Tripp’s cause.

No shock to see who lost the ball most frequently for Tottenham.

Have a go Tripps and death-mask Davies working as wing backs isn’t just a ropey idea, it’s a fundamentally dangerous one.

Thank goodness we were only playing West Ham.

What a cavort a top tier side would have had, eh?

Kieran made 10 crosses and only 2 were successful.

Ouch.

For some of you, I know the idea of playing Serge is not an easy one, but this is where we have to embrace where Levy has brought us.

Walker left because he had no faith in the brochure Levy has been waving about so earnestly.

Rose also wanted out.

But hey, best start since 1066.

Who needs informed analysis?
