Report: Tottenham Hotspur is confident in holding onto Harry Kane as transfer deadline nears

There are only a few days left until the summer transfer window closes, and the Harry Kane transfer saga will meet its end. Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy is standing firm in what he’s asking for when it comes to the 28-year-old.

According to The Daily Mail, the mood inside Tottenham offices is that any progress for Kane is practically unattainable, with Levy more prepared than ever to fend off advances from Manchester City.

Manchester City is reportedly preparing one last bid for Kane, but the question remains if the proposal will meet the £150-million demand that Tottenham wants for the player.

If the offer isn’t up to par with what Tottenham wants, Manchester City will need to look elsewhere to find their striker if they aren’t willing to pay what Tottenham feels that Kane is worth.

As the days go by, it seems as though Kane will likely remain with Tottenham considering the confidence that Levy and company are reportedly feeling.
