Report: Club Brugge to consider lowering their asking price for Tottenham target

Tottenham Hotspur wants to address their issues in the forward group, which is why the north London-based club is linked to several players that could help fill the need.

One player that Spurs reportedly have an interest in is Club Brugge’s Charles De Ketelaere, and it appears as though the 20-year-old’s asking price could decrease.

According to Italian media outlet Calciomercato, with Brugge now out of European competitions following their last-place finish in the group stage, it seems as though the Belgium could lower their demands for De Ketelaere.

The report states that Brugge demanded €25-million for the striker in the past. However, with their European season over, they might reconsider that price. De Ketelaere has made 16 of his 25 appearances at the striker position, scoring seven goals while registering six assists.

When it comes to an asking price, De Ketelaere has a transfer value of £22.5-million per Transfermarkt. So it will be interesting to see how low Brugge will go with their asking price.
