“The position that we are in is a very good position,” Pochettino told PA Sport: “Of course (we are) disappointed, in the last few Premier League games, we didn’t win.
“But still we are in a position that everyone should sign for at the beginning of the season.”
At the beginning of the season, nobody signed.
“It is difficult to predict the circumstances at the start of the season.
“To be in a very good position at the end of the season, maybe we need to understand that it is our limit to be there.
“If it is our limit, we need to take some decisions in the future.”
So is this a threat to eventually sign someone?
HH says: I’m becoming increasingly concerned with fans talking up the possibility of either Gareth Bale or Luka Modric returning.
What’s worse, is this is coming in the main, from the same clowns that were only a few weeks ago screaming about ‘building’ something.
Bale is 30 later this year.
Modric is 34 later this year.
