The 10 year deal tells us nothing sensational. The rental option may be 10 years long, but it’s clear that the 2 game per annum minimum is the only binding element right now and there is presumably a buy out clause should things not got to plan.

I’m fascinated to see Levy specifically mention this deal in respect of regeneration.
