It looked quite an innocuous challenge at first, but the longer the tape runs, the more apparent it becomes that Romero was unhappy with his thigh, and whilst he was able to walk, it was in a ‘gingerly’ manner.
This is obviously a concern for Tottenham, and we shall have to wait until the player is back in London and given the full service from the club’s physios.
I guess if Romero is sidelined, then we will see the return of Davinson Sanchez, which perhaps raises more concerns than cheers…
