‘Zero interest’ in one bid, amid Sky Sports pundit, telling fans ‘they need to be better’…

Everton has two targets that Tottenham Hotspur wants this summer, the first being striker Richarlison, who has been linked to a move away from Goodison Park. However, the other goal of the north London club is adding young English talent; this is where left-winger Anthony Gordon.

Sky Sports reports that Tottenham is targeting a package deal for both Everton’s Richarlison and Gordon. Spurs see the 21-year-old as a player for the future, and the English media outlet states that The Toffees are expecting a proposal for a double swoop this week.

Nonetheless, despite the interest, Everton reportedly has zero interest in letting Gordon as he’s under contract until 2025, but perhaps an offer that either meets or exceeds their expectations could cause them to pause and reconsider their stance.

The Toffees are in a difficult economic situation as they need to sell to improve their finances. As a result, perhaps they might have a price when it comes to Gordon that would help them offset years of terrible spending that nearly had them relegated last season.
