Tottenham are set to be without Cristian Romero for the next 4 to 5 weeks.
The centre-back suffered a hamstring injury against Everton and was forced off at half-time.
While initial reports suggested that he would be back for the Brighton game but Ange confirmed yesterday that the Argentinean is going to be out for a minimum of four weeks.
This comes as a huge blow for Spurs who are also without Micky van de Ven. The Dutch defender also out with a hamstring injury is expected back in mid January.
During the three games Romero missed with through suspension this season, Spurs lost 2 and drew 1 โ compared to the 11 wins, 2 draws and only 2 defeats in 15 that he has played this season.

This will come as a worrisome stat Tottenham since Romero is now set to miss at least 6 to 7 of Spurs games now.
It becomes all the more crucial for Spurs to wrap up a deal for a top class defender early in the transfer window.
