“We tried, we fight” Lucas Moura has some front after a truly poor performance|video

By The Boy -

It’s natural for the club to want to catch a few words from a player or two after every game, but picking Lucas Moura after the Blades game was a mistake.

As an attacking player, the Brazilian managed just one shot – and it wasn’t on target. In the attacking third, 7 errant passes, and in the penalty area, the ratio was worse, with just one successful pass out of 4 attempted. 26 square or backward passes. Dispossessed of the ball 6 times, and the 3 crosses he took didn’t find a Spurs player.

Sick and tired of many fans willing to give Mourinho time. A truly abysmal appointment that will get us relegated if we don’t stop the rot NOW. Get this sociopathic dinosaur out of THFC. He will NEVER come good-complete antithesis to spurs and our traditions.

Levy should be apologising fully to Poch, thanking god he still loves the club and would return, doubling his pay and contractIng him for 10 years minimum.

Sacking him was unforgivable.

Jose is yesterday’s man. By today’s standards he’s not up to it. At one time the Triumph Bonneville was the first 100mph production motorcycle. Within 10 years there were several other bikes that had an even higher top speed and handled better.

We still appreciate the Triumph Bonneville on a vintage rally all these years later, but it ain’t gonna win you any races…

JOSE OUT – LEVY OUT – ENIC OUT

Levy has loaded so much debt on the club that it effectively deters any prospective buyers. It would be probably need a bid of ÂŁ1.5 billion to buy him and Joe out. New owners would then need to spend another ÂŁ500 million just to make this shambles of a team competive. That’s an awful lot of money, easier to buy a Newcastle.

The issue with this club is at its very core. It is inauthentic. Everyone knows that ENIC and Levy have no real interest in football success. That seeps like a malaise through every pore. If you take that desire out of a football club you have nothing but a hollow and empty shell. All the staff who work there know this reality. The playing staff know this reality. The performances on the pitch display this lack of desire and lack of belief. The players go through the motions. They are simply drawing their pay check. When they come up against a top flight side with a desire for success and with quality players they fold. When they come across a side with lesser quality players but a desire for success they fold. The opposition know that the ENIC and Levy are inauthentic. They know that the players at the club have no belief in what they are doing. They know that they can overcome a side who simply go through the motions. I cannot support this club any longer until they have new owners who put football success as the first priority. It literally makes me feel sick to see Levy and ENIC using slogans like To Dare is To Do all around the new stadium. To me that is an insult to the intelligence of the supporters. Our stadium has become a testimony to the inauthenticity of its owners. It’s arrival should have heralded an era of dominance and success at the highest levels. It should be the home of world class players. It should be a fortress that overwhelms visiting teams and it should be a cacophony of noise that is inspirational to the players and envied by other supporters. Instead it is a reflection of ENIC and Levy, soulless and hollow with no heart or passion. It shouts inauthenticity from every inch of its world class facilities all the way to the world class training centre which reflects the same inauthenticity. I can only hope that the loss of all European football revenues and the loss of gate receipts at the stadium force ENIC to sell out to allow an owner to come in who recognises that everything starts and ends with success on the football pitch. We have often said that the only thing that would force the owners hand would be if the supporters boycotted the stadium. Perhaps this pandemic will do what no one thought possible.

Watched the “highlights” on MOTD, just seemed to be a lot of Spurs players standing still.

We are going to finish behind every rival we have including the newer ones like Wolves & Sheff U.
Thank goodness for West Ham.

Moura is a luxury player no good for a team bereft of confidence at 0-1 down.

Simply, Mourinho has to go. Fed up of hearing how he is a winner. That was yesteryear. He is simply old school, with no new ideas, and reliant on his past. He is not what we need. He’s pissing the players off, his tactics are dated and he can’t be allowed to continue. He is NOT a winner. He WAS one. Bring me the guy from Leipzig or Dortmund. Purlease.

Moura was the one apparently ‘wronged’ by Poch in the final after his heroics in Amsterdam. He was supposed to be one of those to be rejuvenated under Jose and was one of the most outspoken supporters of bringing Jose in. That rejuvenation lasted for about 5 games.

Moura is a squad player and a bit of pace off the bench, that’s why PSG sold him to us, like Aurier, surplus to requirements. Anyway that’s a side issue, we are going nowhere fast and the buck stops with Levy.

Should never have sacked Poch, what does baldy want a miracle worker to transform a squad chronically neglected by the owners?

Levy and ENIC are nothing more than a bad and very boring joke…
