Tottenham midfielder Alfie Devine has made a fantastic start to his loan spell at Plymouth Argyle with an assist on his debut.
The highly-rated Tottenham youngster spent the first half of the season at EFL League One outfit Port Vale where he hugely impressed, scoring 3 goals and assisting 3 in 26 appearances.
Spurs decided to call him back this month in a bid to step up his development by sending him out to Championship side Plymouth.
And he seemed to have no problem performing at the higher level. With Plymouth 1-0 down, it took Devine just over 30 minutes to prove he can adapt to the Championship.
He got his first assist as he set up Ryan Hardie’s equalising goal.
