Tottenham have only themselves to blame after they managed to lose two crucial points to Everton despite playing with an extra man for a good 30 minutes.
Everton went a man down after Doucoure was sent off for lashing out at Harry Kane’s face. Spurs soon capitalised on the extra man and went a goal up after Romero was fouled inside the box. Harry Kane stepped up and slotted it away.
And it looked as if Spurs will see the game out with a goal lead against 10 men Everton but Lucas Moura had a moment of madness that saw him get sent off just 6 minutes of coming on the pitch which changed the momentum.
And just a couple of minutes later, Everton centre-back Michael Keane who was having an immense game came up with a moment of magic from almost 25 yards out to beat Hugo Lloris who was left standing still.
