Ryan Mason’s first press conference was held today and amid all the recent chaos it might just be that Spurs have a reason to be hopeful again. Mason comes across as intelligent, measured, and mature. Of course, he has nowhere to hide when it comes to match days, and the team is a right old mess. If Ryan can salvage anything from this bleak situation, then in my view he might provide Daniel Levy with a much-needed break when it comes to finding the next Spurs coach.
