Luka Vuskovic delivered an outstanding Man of the Match performance in Westerlo’s 2-2 draw against Beerschot in the Belgian Pro League, where he is currently on loan.
The 17-year-old centre-back, who is set to join Tottenham Hotspur in 2025, played a pivotal role in rescuing a point for his team by scoring both of their second-half goals.
Vuskovic’s first goal came in the 61st minute when he showcased his aerial prowess, leaping above the defenders to head home a powerful effort from a corner and bring the game level at 1-1.
His second goal, came in the 84th minute when he capitalized on a ricocheted ball in the box, finishing with composure, equalizing again at 2-2.

In addition to his goal-scoring heroics, Vuskovic was a defensive rock throughout the match. He recorded 100 touches and completed 74 of his 85 passes, achieving an impressive 87% pass accuracy, highlighting his ball-playing abilities.
Vuskovic’s aerial dominance was a key factor, winning all six of his aerial duels.
