Watch: Fresh injury concerns for Spurs as new footage shows star player in extreme pain after coming off

Tottenham suffered yet another defeat as West Ham came back from behind to beat them 2-1.

Spurs took the lead in the first half thanks to a fine header from the returning Cristian Romero.

But West Ham got back in the game early in the second half. Bowen scored the equaliser before James Ward-Prowse grabbed the winner.

Richarlison had a chance to put Spurs’ ahear just before their winner but he squandered it.

Heung-min Son hobled off in the 88th minute with Veliz replacing him.

And a new footage now shows him crying in pain as the medical staff took a look at him.

This does not look good for Spurs as the last thing they need now is an injury to Son.
