Video Evidence: Mourinho Has Done A Great Job On Spurs’ Frenchman Who Was Once In The Pending File

By The Boy -

The Dribbles

Tanguy played 66-minutes against City and again we were treated to flashes of the inspirational football the boy can deliver. Ndombele is in the process of becoming another player that José Mourinho will make (to use the gaffers’ own words) explode.

The Assist

What we are looking at Tanguy as a player, is someone that does the occasional brilliant bits like Dele Alli, yet has developed the will under Mourinho to be far much more of a team player; and when he channels his efforts, he can be amazing!

I still prefer Lo Celso. More pace, gets stuck in more and better on the ball. Not as strong though and seems to be injured every other week. Ndombele is getting better but I still want more. Those dribbles were hardly jaw dropping were they and without the ball he runs like a vet might put him down. Good assist, Kane did the defenders a treat.

Tanguy can be a match winner for us over several seasons. He has amazing ability and can transform any attack with his vision, powerful surges aided by tricks and passing ability, I think he can become one of the best players in his role in Europe over time. Credit for bringing him and Mou together has to go to Levy.
