UEFA statement is bad news for a lot of Tottenham players including Kane

The consequences of Tottenham being a part of the European Super League are starting to become apparent with UEFA President Alexander Ceferin, confirming that any player that partakes in the ESL will not be allowed to represent their countries at international level, including the Euro’s and World Cup.

Well, you have to think that the players union Fifpro will not take this lying down regardless of what team they play for, however, if UEFA stick to their guns then almost every Tottenham player will have a huge decision to make over their future.

Will Harry Kane give up his England career, will he give up on beating Wayne Rooney’s goal record?

And of course, it is not just Kane, there are internationals running right through the team and not just at Tottenham. All 12 teams involved in this are full to the brim with internationals and a lot of them take that very seriously.

This is now already getting very messy and we await the Premier League next step, their rules make it very clear and if they follow through on them, then expect explosions to follow very soon.
