Tottenham will be heading to South Korea for their summer tour

The summertime is still months away, but Tottenham Hotspur has officially announced where they’ll be touring to help prepare for the 2022-23 season. Spurs will be heading to South Korea this summer in what will be their first tour since 2019.

Spurs will partake in two exhibition matches in the Coupang Play Series, organized and promoted by Pitch International and Coupang – dates, opponents, venues, and how fans can watch to be announced.

Along with playing in a couple of friendly matches, Tottenham plans to engage with its Korean fans, support good causes, celebrate local culture, and deliver its renowned Global Football Development program.

The north London club’s visit to South Korea marks the fourth trip to the Asian continent since 2015. Spurs want to continue growing their brand and fanbase in the area.

Tottenham Hotspur is presently the most-watched and best-supported overseas club in South Korea, considering they are home to two of its marquee players, Heung-Min Son and So-hyun Cho. Both players are the captains of their respective national teams.
