Tottenham want to sign Premier League duo for £115m

By Mehdi Gokal -

Tottenham are making bold moves to bolster their attacking lineup this summer, with reports indicating that the club is preparing a substantial £115 million offer for two prominent Premier League strikers.

According to TEAMtalk, Spurs are considering bids for Ivan Toney of Brentford and Dominic Solanke of Bournemouth, as they look to reinforce their frontline ahead of the new season.

Toney, who has been a long-standing target for Tottenham, is entering the final year of his contract with Brentford.

This situation presents Spurs with an opportunity to secure his services at a potentially reduced price.

Known for his consistent goal-scoring prowess in the Premier League, Toney’s market value is estimated at around €50 million.

Brentford might be inclined to sell rather than risk losing him on a free transfer next summer, making him an attractive option for the North London club.

Meanwhile, Dominic Solanke has also caught Spurs’ attention following an impressive campaign where he netted 19 goals in the Premier League.

His performances have solidified his reputation as a top-tier striker, but his £65 million release clause could pose a challenge for Tottenham, who may be cautious about meeting such a high valuation.

Securing either player would significantly enhance Tottenham’s attacking options, providing the necessary firepower to compete at the highest level.

As the transfer window progresses, Spurs’ proactive approach highlights their ambition to assemble a squad capable of challenging for major titles in the upcoming season.

Fans will be eagerly watching the developments, hopeful that the club can finalise these crucial signings and strengthen their chances for success.
