Tottenham tipped to make 25m euros offer for Euro 2020 youngster

Tottenham is reportedly preparing an offer for Mikkel Damsgaard with Fabio Paratici spearheading their chase for his signature.

The Dane plays for Sampdoria and proved his worth at Euro 2020 with two fine goals and some outstanding performances for the Danish national team.

He is set to join a bigger club and Calcio In Pillolo reports that Tottenham wants to sign him.

The report claims that Paratici has been interested in signing him since he worked at Juventus and now that he has changed employers, he still wants to add the player to his new club’s squad.

Jose Mourinho also targeted him while the Portuguese coach was the Tottenham manager.

The report says Tottenham is preparing an offer of around 25m euros to sign him before this transfer window closes.

In their bid to keep Harry Kane, they would need to add top talent that shows they truly want to win trophies and a move for Damsgaard shows that.

However, they could be met with disappointment with the report insisting that their offer still won’t be enough to tempt Sampdoria to sell.

It claims that the Italians want to cash in on him only if a suitor pays 35m euros.
