Tottenham tipped to land Premier League ace also linked with Arsenal

Former Crystal Palace Chairman, Simon Jordan has revealed that Wilfried Zaha might be on the move this summer and he also tipped Tottenham to sign him.

The Ivorian is one of the best wingers in the Premier League and he has always been linked with a move away from Selhurst Park.

Arsenal wanted to sign him last summer, but the Eagles were too hard to deal with and the Gunners moved for Nicolas Pepe instead.

They remain linked with a move for him, but Jordan reckons that he will do well if he moves to Tottenham.

“It hasn’t been a great season for Wilfried Zaha. Palace have a valuation for him which I think is based on his talent,” he told TalkSport via TeamTalk

“Some of the output he has given for Palace this season would not necessarily demand the same figure. If you could get £60m last year, you’re going to really struggle to get that now. His form hasn’t been what it was.

“He does want to go but I’m not entirely sure there’s a queue of clubs that will buy him. I think, as much as it galls me, Tottenham is a place that would do Wilfried well.”

Spurs have been busy making signings in this transfer window ahead of Jose Mourinho’s first full season at the club.

The Portuguese manager was appointed so that Spurs can end their wait for a trophy.

He would make good use of a talent like Zaha, but Spurs have a lot of attackers at the moment and it remains to be seen if they will have the cash to pursue a deal for him.
