Tottenham suffer blow in their pursuit of 23-goal ace because of their indecisiveness

Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with the move for the Eintracht Frankfurt forward Randal Kolo Muani in recent weeks.

According to journalist Sacha Tavolieri, the 24-year-old French international has decided to join Paris Saint-Germain this summer.

Apparently, Spurs have wasted too much time transforming their interest into a formal offer for the French striker.

Spurs need to bring in a quality replacement for Harry Kane and the 24-year-old would have been quality acquisition.

Kolo Muani has been one of the best attackers in the Bundesliga this past season, scoring 23 goals across all competitions and picking 17 assists along the way.

There is no doubt that he could have been a superb long-term replacement for Kane and it remains to be seen whether Tottenham decide to turn to other options now.

The north London outfit will have to replace the England international before the summer transfer window closes and they need to sign a complete forward who will add goal-scoring and play-making abilities to the side.

Kane was more than just a goal scorer for Tottenham and Kolo Muani seemed like the ideal profile to replace the 30-year-old.

Spurs have been linked with players like Gift Orban, Jonathan David and Romelu Lukaku in recent weeks.

The north London outfit have started the Premier League campaign on a high with a draw against Brentford and a morale-boosting win over Manchester United.

They will be hoping to get back into the Champions League this season and replacing their talisman striker will be crucial to fulfilling their hopes for this season.
