They could certainly use more quality and depth in the central midfield and Diouf would be a long-term investment for them. The French midfielder is highly rated across Europe and he has a bright future. He has the technical attributes and physicality to develop into a reliable performer in the Premier League.
The 21-year-old is capable of operating as a central midfielder as well as a defensive midfielder. A move to the Premier League could be an exciting opportunity for him.
Tottenham are certainly one of the biggest clubs in the country. They could provide him with the platform to compete at a high level and push for trophies. Regular football in England could accelerate his development as well.
