Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly keen on the Dinamo Zagreb youngster Luka Stojković.
A report from Tottenham News claims that the North London outfit are keen on signing the 20-year-old and they are likely to make a move for him at the end of the season.
The highly-rated attacking midfielder could prove to be a quality long-term acquisition for Tottenham, and it remains to be seen whether they can secure an agreement with Zagreb. Stojkovic can operate as the number ten as well as a winger on either flank. His versatility will be an added bonus for Spurs.
The midfielder has scored twice and provided two assists this season. He has missed most of the season with a serious injury and he is expected to return to action next month. The youngster is highly-rated in Croatia and he has a big future ahead of him.
It is not surprising that he has caught the attention of Tottenham. The London outfit have shown a willingness to invest in talented young players, and they have recently recently brought in Luka Vuskovic from Hajduk Split as well.
It is evident that Tottenham are investing in players who can develop into stars for them in the near future. If they can help these young players develop and fulfil their tremendous potential, it would help them save millions in the market.
The opportunity to join Tottenham will be an attractive option for the 20-year-old as well and he will hope that the two clubs can finalise an agreement soon.
