Tottenham outcast to reject Premier League move as he eyes a transfer abroad

Danny Rose might leave Tottenham this month, and he prefers a move abroad rather than joining another Premier League team.

Sun Sports reports that although West Brom is interested in signing him on a short term basis, he would rather move away from England and he has interest from Spanish and German sides.

After a personality clash with Jose Mourinho, the left-back lost his place in the Tottenham first team and wasn’t even given a shirt number for this campaign.

With no place for him in the Tottenham squad, he has knuckled down and played for the club’s Under23 to stay in shape.

The report says with half a year left on his contract, there is a possibility that Spurs might terminate the deal by mutual consent this month.

That would give him the chance to play some football again in this campaign.

West Brom is struggling to remain in the Premier League and Sam Allardyce is eyeing a move for the former Leeds United man.

The defender, however, would rather make the move away from the Premier League, instead of engaging in a relegation fight at the Hawthorns.

Rose is the oldest member of the current Tottenham side after joining them in 2007.
