Tottenham now know how much one of their striker targets will cost

Sky Italia reports that Arkaduisz Milik’s asking price is set at 35 million euros as Tottenham looks to sign the Polish striker.

Milik has emerged as a top target for the Lilywhites this summer in their search to land a backup striker to Harry Kane.

Kane remains reliable, but he can hardly go through a full season without getting injured over the past few terms, and when he has been out with an injury, the Lilywhites have suffered.

Mourinho’s bid to help them end last season in a top-four place was derailed following the injury to the English captain.

The special one wants to win trophies for them in the coming campaign and he is keen to make sure that he doesn’t have to rely on only one main striker for goals.

He has identified several strikers that can get the job done for his team and one of them is Napoli’s Milik.

The Poland international has entered the final year of his current deal at the club and the Italians are also open to selling him, but they will not be forced to let him leave on a cheap.

The report claims that Juventus also want to sign him and 35 million is what Napoli wants for him.

I suspect they will have to significantly drop their valuation if they do not want to lose him for free at the end of next season. There is no way they will get that sort of money for a bit part player entering the final year of his contract.
