Parker is very impressed by Christian Eriksen, and he is comparing the Danish midfielder to Teddy Sheringham, Andrea Pirlo, and Michael Carrick. He believes that he can play for many years because he is able to adapt to many different types of roles.
“Eriksen is brave enough to try those passes that could make a difference. And if they do get cut out, it’s very rare that it was a bad decision. It might have been a poor execution or it might have been great defending.”
