Tottenham have made a shock player-plus-cash offer for Aston Villa midfielder Jacob Ramsey.
According to journalist Matt Maher, Spurs proposed a deal that included £20 million and Giovani Lo Celso, but Villa have promptly rejected the offer.
Ramsey, a vital component of Unai Emery’s squad, remains highly valued by Villa, who have no intention of selling him.
