By Mehdi Gokal -

There are quite a few changes going on behind the scenes at Tottenham Hotspur.

The club appointed Scott Munn as their new Chief Football Officer who assumed his role last month.

The club has also appointed a new sporting director Johan Lange who joins from Aston Villa. He will start in November and will be responsible for recruitment, analytics and talent identification across the senior and academy teams.

And it is now being reported that another Aston Villa man is set to join Lange at Spurs.

According to report by TipsBladet as reported by Last Word on Spurs, Aston Villa’s head of football research Frederik Leth could follow Johan Lange to Tottenham Hotspur.

As per the post, Lange and Leth have worked together for several years with a relationship that goes back to Lange’s time at FC Copenhagen where Leth had a role in the scouting department.

The changes since the summer have all been very positive. The appointment of Ange Postecoglou has been a brilliant decision who has come in and instantly changed the mood at the club.

And these further changes all point towards a positive change at the club. It is also being reported that Levy will be stepping back from getting involved in footballing matters and will let the new personnels flourish at their roles.

With the club top of the league and yet to be beaten, everything seems to be going in the right direction. Tottenham fans can be excited about their future.
