Tottenham are closely monitoring the situation of Boca Juniors midfield sensation Kevin Zenon ahead of a potential move.

The North London club have focused on signing young players with huge potential since the arrival of Ange Postecoglou at the club. They added Archie Gray, Lucas Bergvall and Wilson Odobert to their squad in the summer and are on the lookout for players who can help them in the long run.

According to a report from PasionFutbol, Tottenham are interested in the services of Kevin Zenon and they are closely monitoring the Argentine youth international ahead of a potential transfer. The 23-year-old midfielder came up the ranks at Union Santa Fe. He was promoted to their first team at the start of 2021 and made quite a name for himself while playing for them.

Zenon made the move to Argentine giants Boca Juniors at the start of the year and his performances for their first team have resulted in a significant amount of interest from across Europe. He has featured in 34 matches for his new club and has even contributed towards 11 goals.

The 23-year-old finds himself on the wishlist of the North London club. His huge potential along with his ability to feature out wide on the flanks as well as in a central role in midfield are major reasons why Spurs are interested in his services. He could be a great addition to Postecoglou’s first team and they have been keeping a close eye on his progress.

While he still has four years left on his deal at the Argentine club, Tottenham could prise him away in the near future. But, they are not the only Premier League club who are keen on his signature as Newcastle United are also on the trail of the midfield sensation.
