Tottenham keeping close tabs on 18-year-old Premier League attacker ahead of potential move

Tottenham are monitoring Southampton sensation Tyler Dibling ahead of a potential transfer.

The North London club have made significant changes to their transfer approach. Ange Postecoglou along with technical director Johan Lange have focused on bringing the best young players to the cub. They added Lucas Bergvall, Archie Gray and Wilson Odobert to their squad in the summer and their search for young players with huge potential continues.

Southampton’s Tyler Dibling has caught the attention of people at Tottenham. The 18-year-old winger who was recently promoted to the Saints’ first team already seems to be a regular feature in their starting XI. According to a report from Football Insider, Postecoglou’s team are interested in the teenage sensation’s services and they are closely monitoring his progress.

The left-footed winger made his Premier League debut for Southampton back in August against Newcastle United. He bagged his first goal in their draw against Ipswich Town. While the Saints have struggled to get going and are yet to win a league game this season, Dibling’s incredible rise seems to be one of the positives for them.

His contract with the club runs until the summer of 2027 but Southampton will find it difficult to keep hold of their attacking sensation amidst interest from Tottenham and other top clubs. If they fail to survive in the English top flight his departure will almost be certain. Dibling could be a great long-term investment for the North London club and they will continue to monitor him ahead of a potential transfer.
