Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a move for the talented young attacker Dario Osorio.
According to a report from Las Ultimas Noticias (h/t SportWitness), the 19-year-old attacker is on the radar of Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa. It will be interesting to see if either of the two Premier League clubs decide to follow up on their interest with a concrete proposal for the youngster.
The 19-year-old has come up through the ranks at Universidad de Chile. He has now established himself as a first-team player for them. The youngster is highly rated around South America and he has the potential to develop into a top-class attacker in the near future.
Osorio could prove to be a quality long-term addition for both Premier League clubs, and it will be interesting to see where he ends up eventually.
The 19-year-old needs to play regular first-team football at this stage of his career in order to continue his development and fulfil his potential. He will have to decide on his next move very carefully. Osorio can’t risk joining a big club just to sit on the bench.
Both Tottenham and Aston Villa could use more depth in their attack as the 19-year-old can operate as a wide forward on either flank. His versatility will be a major bonus for either club.
Premier League outfit Wolverhampton Wanderers were linked with a move for the talented young attacker previously, but they failed to secure his services.
