Tottenham have been offered two strikers but must do one thing first

Football London claims that Tottenham has been offered Bournemouth’s Callum Wilson and Almeria’s Darwin Nunez as they search for a backup striker to Harry Kane.

The Lilywhites have been looking for a new striker for the upcoming season because they want to avoid lacking goals when Harry Kane is unavailable.

The Englishman is their top striker and he will remain undisputed, but Spurs always suffer when he is injured or suspended.

They have been strengthening their team this summer ahead of a possible top-four challenge and either of Wilson and Nunez will make them a stronger team.

The report, however, states that Spurs have to sell and specifically claims that they have to offload Serge Aurier to fund the move.

Aurier has become available for sale after Spurs signed Matt Doherty from Wolves and the defender is attracting attention from AC Milan and Bayer Leverkusen.

Both teams are, however, unwilling to pay Spurs’ asking price which is around 25 million euros.

Wilson has just been relegated from the Premier League with Bournemouth, but he is an accomplished striker at Premier League level.

Spurs will hope that the Cherries will not demand too much money for his signature as they bid to get rid of the big earners.
