Tottenham ‘admirers’ of 15-goal attacker, ‘making enquiries’ regarding summer move

By Saikat -

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly looking to sign Ernest Nuamah from FC Nordsjaelland this summer.

A report from Daily Mail claims that Tottenham are ‘admirers’ of the 19-year-old Ghana international and they are ‘making enquiries’ regarding a potential summer transfer.

They are not the only English club looking to sign the talented young winger and they will face competition from Burnley and Everton.

The winger has been in fine form for FC Nordsjaelland scoring 15 goals and picking up four assists across all competitions last season. The attacker has made an impressive start to the current season as well, scoring four goals in six appearances across all competitions.

Nuamah is highly rated around Europe and he has a big future ahead of him. Tottenham could certainly use a quality wide attacker who will chip in with goals consistently and the 19-year-old certainly fits the profile.

Apparently, the winger is valued at £22 million and Tottenham certainly have the resources to get the deal done.

They will have plenty of money to spend after the departure of Harry Kane, and they must look to bring in the right attacking reinforcements.

Along with a quality winger, Tottenham should look to invest in a reliable striker as well.

The opportunity to join the North London club will be an attractive option for the 19-year-old and he is likely to be tempted to join them this summer. It will be interesting to see if Spurs can fend off the competition from their Premier League rivals and sign the player eventually.
