“Toni Kroos and Ozil vibes” “…immune to pressing” Plenty Of Fans Liking The Technical Excellence Of This Spurs Target

By The Boy -

Borussia Mönchengladbach is a side close to my heart, as a younger boy I watched Spurs on the TV, occasionally in the flesh, but every Sunday I cycled down to the Borussia-Park and watched their reserves play. They were pretty well-attended games in the mid-1980s, and at half-time, the two old geezers that took the coins and threw them into a tin box on the gate would wave me in at half-time, from being sat on my bike, looking through the wire fence and inside the compound. Those regular crumbs of kindness for the football-mad Englander on his bicycle won’t ever be forgotten.

The Sun (among many) believe that Spurs have an interest in Florian Neuhaus, and even if I remove my adolescent nonsense from the equation, this lad looks like absolute mustard. What are Tottenham’s chances of landing the boy? Who knows what Steve ‘I hate it’ Hitchen would make of such an exemplary show-reel?

Agreed, different kettle of fish but nice to see a player whose first thought is forward rather than back

Lets see him play like that in English football every match… You don’t get as much time on the ball and passes get cut out and charged down far more than in the German league.

Im not sure people always factor that in when looking at ball playing central midfield players in other leagues. The Premiership is a very different animal. Modric adapted for example, not all can…

He won’t be joining us. He will join a proper football club not a property company with a merchandising arm with football tenants. If the last twenty years of Levy’s stewardship prove anything, it is that we never buy the players we should or the players that the manager recommends.Wake up Spurs fans, this charlatan will never deliver.

Prefer this sort of showreel to one that would show us all seven goals a player’s scored in three seasons. He seems highly aware of what’s going on around him and does things opponents don’t expect him to. Wins the ball back, carries it and seems assured in possession.

Yes please.
