After two years at Olympique Lyonnais, a new challenge presents itself to me. A big thank you to the OL for allowing me to progress at all levels.
I want to thank the president, Jean Michel Aulas, Bruno Genesio, his staff and more particularly Florian Maurice and my agents. I do not forget, obviously, the supporters who have always supported me in good times and in bad times.
Playing at Groupama Stadium in front of this audience has always been an incredible moment. I wish a lot of sporting success to my teammates of Lyon as well as the club. Direction Tottenham and the Premier League. TN.

New signing Tanguy NDombele has arrived saying all the right things. His specific use of the word ‘silverware’ in particular will have struck the fear of god into the Levyologists.
It’s also pleasing to see that the 22-year-old’s Instagram account is used sparingly, opposed to being a conveyor belt of sponsorships and endorsements.

It seems like a ploy for the club to know ahead of time exactly how many tickets they can pump out to the official re-sellers at inflated prices. They are aware of the value that time brings to these organisations in marketing the tickets and getting them sold.

We will now have 7 windows to buy tickets for 2 or 3 games. This is being sold as an improvement for the fans, however I fail to see how this is a benefit to us? Previously, if I missed the window to purchase as a member then I missed 1 opportunity. Now you lose the opportunity for up to 3 games.
This only helps the club and their official re-sale partners IMHO

Arsenal could’ve won 4 domestic doubles in the time they’ve been out the champions league and they’d still be fuck£k. Not being in the champions league ain’t no joke ting. How we managed so many years without it plus only having a little stadium and not far off being one of the top ten richest clubs in the world is beyond me.
He’s the type of player we needed the most in my opinion this transfer season. Will it work out the way we hope is anyone’s guess. But at least we didnt buy a 15mil punt. In response to comments on the previous blog about erikson. He did no-one any favors second half of the season including himself. Any athlete in any sport, when your contract is winding down you need to play out of your mind. Make the team that has you wanna keep you & make the other teams feel like they have to have you. He looked more like a guy showing up on a first date wearing swear paints & a stained shirt trying to convince his date hes really is a good guy deep inside. He had one of the biggest stages in the world to show off & fluffed it. But to be fair hes really never been that type of player to drag you over the line when the going gets tough. He saved us several times with his free kicks in 15-16 (or was it 14-15), but forgot how to take them. So many of our players underperformed last year due to many reasons. My jury is still out with who should get flogged or given a second chance. But Erik been fluff for big games for a while now.

For all those hoping for/expecting a raft of new signings I think that’s very ambitious.Considering how long it took to get N’Dombele over the line,there are only 4 weeks left of the window.
We all know where reinforcements are required,but I suspect Levy is thinking he’s done more than enough with the one and a half new players.Truth is since January we are currently treading water.The only upside of our situation is the arse are in a worse place.According to the media most of their targets are twice their stated budget.You can’t help but laugh.
