Ten Hag’s odds SLASHED in Sack Race after the worst possible start

By The Boy -

ERIK TEN HAG SHOULD LOOK AWAY NOW, according to the latest odds from Ladbrokes.

After getting off to the worst possible start in Manchester United’s season opener, the Dutch boss has already seen his Sack Race odds SLASHED from 20/1 to just 16/1.

Elsewhere, Southampton’s Ralph Hasenhuttl has leapfrogged Frank Lampard into the unwanted favourite spot at 9/4, while the Everton boss is now 4/1.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes told The Boy Hotspur: “Erik ten Hag’s time at Old Trafford could be short and sweet if he can’t get a tune from his players, and decisions like leaving Cristiano Ronaldo on the bench at home against Brighton in the season-opener will only come back to bite him if and when they don’t pay off.”

Next Premier League Manager to Leave

Ralph Hasenhuttl – 9/4Frank Lampard – 4/1Brendan Rodgers – 7/1Bruno Lage – 8/1Steven Gerrard – 8/1Jesse Marsch – 10/1Marco Silva – 10/1Scott Parker – 14/1Erik ten Hag – 16/1Thomas Tuchel – 16/1

There were only three hags in ‘Macbeth’, now Man U’s got ten of them! 16-1 sees Ten Hags for the ducking stool! He has to be given time though, so Hasenhuttl is probably a deserving favourite, although it could be an outsider.

If so, my money would be on Steven Gerrard at Villa, who seems to be in danger of alienating the dressing room with his treatment of Mings. If results continue to go downhill, he could be under real pressure.
