Supercomputer predicts final Premier League standings, it is not good for Tottenham

Tottenham has made a fine start to this season in the Premier League as they look to win the title.

They topped the standings for several weeks at some point, but they are now currently 6th on the league table.

Their current position is because they have lost two and won none of their last three league games.

They have banked on Son Heung-min and Harry Kane to score the goals for them this season, but both players have struggled to do so in the last couple of games.

Spurs’ poor run of form is likely temporary, and they are expected to kick on from beating Stoke City 3-1 on Wednesday night.

Even if they don’t end up winning the league title, they have shown enough to suggest that they can end this season inside the top four.

But a Premier League supercomputer has predicted the league table at the end of this season and it isn’t what Tottenham fans will like.

Sun Sports has published the so-called supercomputers predictions and it reckons that Tottenham will finish this season as the 7th placed team.

That is a place below where they currently stand.

It even gave a better prediction to Everton who it predicted to end the campaign 5th on the league table.

But Arsenal will end this season 16th on the league table, according to the prediction.

“Even if they don’t end up winning the league title, they have shown enough to suggest that they can end this season inside the top four.”

Given our very mixed results so far this season, I’d argue that we have shown enough to suggest we could end up inside or outside the top 4.

My money would, if I were a gambler, be on the latter. I’m with the man-made guess machine.

Sadly I feel this prediction is correct(about Tottenham). 80% of our league goals have been scored by two players, both world class strikers. We have no plan B if they are injured or lose form, and the likelihood us that they will.
We need something like 5 goals each from Lo Celso, Ndombele, Bergwjn, Lucas and Bale this season to replace the goals that Dele and Eriksen used to supply.
Our current tactics mean that is unlikely to happen, although we are capable of pulling off wins against “stronger”teams and might still succeed in a cup competition.

Sadly for us it looks like Klopp has been afforded time and resources to build a potential dynasty – in true Fergie/Wenger fashion during this small injury blip for Liverpool you’re seeing youngsters and third choice reserve squad members coming in and still playing ‘the Klopp way’.

Best team in the league but sometimes the best side don’t win the title – they usually do though !

Barring any unexpected twists and turns one certainty is that Liverpool look well placed to comfortably defend their title!

Has it ever been correct?

Also: it changes its mind about what it predicts almost as often as Paul Merson

Forget 2nd – 20th in the league table when all that ultimately matters is who finishes1st at the end of the season!!

To be honest we are 8th in the league provided City and Villa win their games in hand thus Mr HH i think the computer prediction is very kind to us cause he placed us 1place above our real place but I believe we will finish top 4 and the Ars will finish top 10 and Everton will never finish on top on us that is my take cheers Coys
