Spurs slap add-ons that raise the option to buy price on Celtic for Cameron Carter-Vickers

Cameron Carter-Vickers seems to have found a home with Scottish giants Celtic FC. This summer, the 23-year-old went on loan as the defender doesn’t have a place at Tottenham long-term, considering his other loan stints.

Celtic initially made a deal with the option to buy being £6-million; nonetheless, as Daily Record reports, Tottenham has slapped the add-ons to raise the price to £10-million, which could be a steep price to keep the defender.

Perhaps the only way the Scottish club could spend that type of cash could be to qualify for the UEFA Champions League. However, they’re currently in second place, four points behind Rangers.

Carter-Vickers has expressed his desire to remain in Glasgow after his loan expires, but the fee could prevent that from happening. It will be interesting to see whether Spurs lowers its demand for the defender or he’ll return to north London with his future up in the air.

I know nothing about this boy Jota, but it sounds like a good move. The only fly in the ointment is Levy.

Levy working his magic again and making sure we’re left with a player who is never going to make it with us.He just can’t help himself,it’s really pathetic. He’s held us back for far too long.

They have a winger Jota who is better than any of our lot on loan from Benfica with a £6 million option to buy we could do a swap.

Celtic won’t pay that for a defender, they have Christopher Julien returning from injury who plays that position.

I warned Celtic fans that Levy would up the price if CCV played well and was told no there is a set option price. Well you’ve just been Levyed.

He (Levy) really is ludicrous. Our fans have to turn the heat up on the bald c…wit and get this total disaster out of the club.

Yes, a total imbecile! Lower standard in Scotland, of course, but Celtic pundits very pleased with Carter Vickers.

Levy just can’t help himself can he? As long as he carries on being the bald little prick he is nothing will ever change at Spurs. He probably values Dele at £50m. The man is an imbecile.
