Some Senior Figures Within Spurs Furious & Agree On Mourinho Situation At Club

Obviously, the loss of the North London Derby and being spat out of the Europa League Cup competition in such short order has caused a fair degree of reaction, indeed revulsion, far and wide.

A source close to the club tells me that senior non-executive figures within the club have privately expressed nothing but dismay towards the performances of many first-team players.

Accusations from these experienced individuals included an absence of passion, self-respect, and a willingness to fight. Furthermore, these figures have such privileges within the club that they also feel that José Mourinho’s methods both in respect of training and tactics have been sound and very achievable, yet a number of the players appear not to feel that everything applies to them.

These figures were absolutely furious watching the game and feel that many players have let the club and themselves down.

This information is not passed forward for reinterpretation was the message that accompanied it. Should any readers wish to scream that Mourinho has therefore lost the dressing room, those readers would be inventing their own version of matters.

If one factor in the severe nature of what both Hugo and José said last night, then the notion that Mourinho is [insert pejorative] does not add up.
