Report: Tottenham proposes new swap plus fee offer for Juventus forward

Tottenham Hotspur wants to use the January transfer window to strengthen their forward group to bolster their attack. The name that continues to come up in rumors as a possible target is Juventus’ Dejan Kulusevski.

Managing Director of Football Fabio Paratici hopes to reunite with another of his former players to fill a need for the north London club. According to Calciomercato.it (via TuttoJuve), Tottenham has proposed a swap deal with a fee for the Sweden international.

The Italian media outlet reveals that the Premier League club is offering defender Japhet Tanganga, in addition to €15-million. The addition of the 22-year-old center-back does pique the interest of the Serie A club.

However, the report does add that Juventus wants Tottenham to increase the fee to balance out the scale for Kulusevski. There are no further details on how much the Italian club wants Spurs to add to their current offer.

This season, Kulusevski has made 23 appearances for Juventus scoring two goals and registering three assists.
