Report: Tottenham eyeing a move for versatile 24-year-old who will bolster 2 positions for Spurs

Tottenham Hotspur are actively planning to reinforce their squad in the upcoming transfer window, with Fenerbahce defender Ferdi Kadioglu emerging as a potential target.

Kadioglu, known for his versatility in playing on both flanks of the defence, has attracted interest from several clubs, including Spurs, Wolves, and even North London rivals Arsenal.

That is according to a latest report from HITC, which reports that Spurs have joined in the race to sign the talented full-back.

This marks Kadioglu’s sixth season with the Super Lig club, having joined from the Dutch club NEC Nijmegen in 2018, where he spent his early playing years.

The 24-year-old made a strong start under new manager Ismail Kartal this season, making 41 appearances across all competitions, and contributing with 3 goals and 4 assists. (Transfermarkt)

Tottenham have Pedro Porro and Destiny Udogie as their starting full-backs, both of whom have been incredible under Ange.

However, Spurs lack depth in the position which was evident last month, when both Porro and Udogie were sidelined with injuries.

Their replacements Emerson and Ben Davies failed to replicate a similar performance.

At 24 years old and with a current market value of €20 million, Kadioglu presents an attractive option for Spurs as they look to strengthen their squad for the challenges ahead.
