Report: Torino increases asking price for Tottenham Hotspur transfer target

Tottenham Hotspur is keen on strengthening its backline, which will consist of Cristian Romero and Eric Dier. Still, the north London club wants to improve the position that Ben Davies occupies.

Spurs see various targets to fill that need on the squad, and one of the players linked to the Premier League side is Torino FC’s Gleison Bremer, who is expected to leave this summer.

However, when it comes to the price, any interested club might see an increase in the asking fee. According to Calciomercato, Torino has raised the asking price for the Brazilian defender to €35-million.

Transfermarkt puts Bremer’s transfer value at €30-million, so the Serie A club eyes at least a €5-million increase for the 25-year-old. Tottenham isn’t the only club interested in the defender. Italian clubs Inter Milan and Juventus are keen on adding Bremer.

Bremer appeared in 33 fixtures, scoring three goals and recording one assist this season for Torino.
